In all other cases cancellation charge will be as per the booking condition of the tour and we shall be constrained to levy

the following cancellation charges per person.

If cancellation is made any time not less than 31 days prior to departure, 20000/- per person shall be deducted.(except

ticket cancellation and Visa charges)

30- 16 days: 50% of the total land cost

15 – 8 days: 75% of the total land cost

7 – 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply

Cancellation Policy in Case of Covid Positive before Travel

Covid positive test valid report will be required to be submitted to concerned department.

Flight - as per current policies will provide credit note only to the person who is Covid positive, for rest airline

policy/decision will be applicable

Land Part and hotel - as per current prevailing situation and hotelier norms, will be rescheduled with no extra

charges.

TCS 5% / 20% on Package cost is not included in the above package unless mentioned separately. This is to be borne by guest as it is advance tax of guest only and if we pay on behalf of guest then advance tax certificate is provided to guest and guest can himself files it with government also. As per the government notification all foreign travels from 1st October 2020 must provide with TCS certificate. A professional fees is applied if TCS is filled by us.

Passport should be valid for minimum of 06 months from the return date of travel.

Visa Cost mentioned above is for Indian passport holder applying visa in India unless mentioned separately.

City Taxes in Europe, Dubai if any, may be payable at hotel directly

Tourism tax is imposed by Govt. of (Malaysia of 10-15 Ringgit) / (Dubai of 10-25 Dirham) per room per night which is to be paid at hotel only, and cost is not included in the cost of package.

National Park fee is charged on island visit in Thailand 400 PHB per Adult / 200 PHB per Child which is to be paid at island directly, and cost is not included in the cost of package.

Normal transport timings are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and any airport transfers surcharge beyond that can be charged separately if not included in the package. If flights are booked by guest or booked after the package confirmation then this cost will be added separately unless mentioned previous.

Hotels may charge security fee which is refundable at Check-out time.

Gratuities imposed on cruise are not included in the package unless mentioned separately.

All inclusions / Activities remain same but sometimes the sequence of day to day schedule (itinerary) may change depending upon availability and local conditions when the final itinerary received. Above mentioned itinerary is only tentative.

Flights booking and prices are dynamic and will be applicable at the time of booking, Any difference in fare amount will be borne by customer before flights being booked.

USD/SGD fluctuation will be taken into consideration. ROE Calculation is based on XE.com prices.

Final amount of the package will be as per the USD/SGD rate on the date of final payment and difference amount will be adjusted in package amount. For example – If Currency online price at the time of first payment is 84 INR = 1 USD and at the time of final payment the online currency price is 83 INR = 1 USD then land part will be adjusted accordingly and amount will be refunded to you and vice versa in case of increase in Currency. This calculation is only done for currency fluctuation. Small change in currency is ignored and not taken into account for. Flights are calculated in INR only.

Delhi is the appropriate court jurisdiction for customer complaints against Regus Holidays due to the substantial presence and business operations conducted by the company within the geographic area of Delhi.

Regus Holidays maintains a physical office in Delhi, providing travel services and conducting business transactions with customers online all over India.

The physical presence of the company within Delhi establishes a significant connection between the jurisdiction and the subject matter of the customer complaints. Therefore, it is just and equitable to designate Delhi as the court jurisdiction to ensure efficient and accessible resolution for affected customers in the region. Customer can choose all appropriate court jurisdictions within Delhi court jurisdiction for any type of grievances against Regus Holidays.
